What was Issued for Tea Cards?

J. Lyons and Company was known for their Tea and also their Ice Cream card issues. 

42 series were issued from Lyons. Three of the releases had two versions, a descriptive back and a non-descriptive back. 

Here's what I believe to be a comprehensive list of all of the series and when they were issued. If you have a different feeling, please contact me and we'll square it up.
