What's a Type "J" Completion Form Look Like?

You'd think the newer something is, the more prevalent it would be. What I mean by that is you would think that all of the forms related to the Lipton 1990 series would be more readily available than the Brooke Bond 1959 through 1974 items. Maybe that is true and maybe it is not but thanks to Dave Huebert, we see a new (at least to me) completion form at the end of the Animals and Their Young series.

Lipton Animals And Their Young Completion Form

What makes this unusual is that this is the first time we see free cards, albeit only five. I have always wondered if the album price went up 4 times, then would the loose cards go to 4¢. I guess I was wrong on that one.

If you recall, Lipton was on the fence as to whether or not to cancel picture cards entirely or to go with another series (Dinosaurs had been prototyped.)  This coupon says the Animals and Their Young is now over but does not say the picture cards series was ending. Of course we know today that it actually was ending. Again, many thanks to Dave Huebert for continuing to share his knowledge with all of us.
